New Patients

We are continually accepting new patients.

We accept most private insurance plans. We also accept Medicaid for new babies if they are your first child. If you have any questions about whether we will accept your current insurance, please contact our billing office.

Unfortunately, we are UNABLE to accept Anthem Transition Pathways X plans in Bronze, Silver and Gold.

We are only accepting newborn Medicaid patients, not transfers at this time.

Medication Refills

Don't wait until your medication is out. Call your pharmacy and have them fax over a refill request to 502-327-0526. If it is for a controlled substance, leave a message by calling our main line and hitting option 8 when prompted.
