Our staff will begin answering the phones at 8:30am, and phones will turn off at 5pm Monday-Thursday. Please call our office to see what our hours will be for Fridays. However, we will continue to see our sick children who called in before 5pm (Mon-Thur) that day until everyone has been seen. After 5pm, our calls are handled by our answering service. Please don't call the after hours line to cancel appointments or ask for ADHD medication refills. You need to call the office during normal business hours. After hours calls should be limited to emergencies only. They will contact the physician on call to discuss your concerns and someone will return your call as soon as possible. Phone calls after 11pm are handled by pediatric nurse practitioners at Norton Children's. It is our policy not to call in antibiotics without seeing your child. Antibiotic resistance is a growing public health concern and all children should be thoroughly examined to determine if antibiotics are needed.
Saturday & Sunday – Our office is closed. You can still call our office, and you will be directed to Norton after hours.
After Hours - Appointments after 5:00pm Monday-Thursday will be billed with a after hours fee of $50.00. This will be billed to insurance first then any balance left would be put towards your account.
